Provides a friendly, over the Over-The-TOP spirit of hospitality and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.  It is essential that you maintain an energetic, friendly and caring attitude at all times.

Prep/Line Cook

Cooks and prepares a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the daily prep list.

Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.

Dishwasher / Street Team Marketing

The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for cooking utensils, catering items, kitchen hood, mats, floors, etc., using manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dish washing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

Shift Supervisor

Oversee staff during a stated operating shift, maintain low labor cost and rate, high sales, ensure guest  satisfaction, high food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.  Fills in as needed in all areas of the store.

Sous Chef

The Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef regarding all matters of the kitchen. The Sous Chef ensures the accurately and efficiently cooking of meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.

Sous Chef also performs other duties in the areas of cooking, food final plating, garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu items.

Assistant Manager

Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Catering Sales Person

We are looking for a savvy catering sales person for a commission only position. This person would would help us expanding our catering reach deeper in the movie, business, corporate lunches, schools functions, Gov’t entities, car dealerships and other areas.
